Q1: What’s my top priority today, that I can complete before noon?
Q2: What does my Team need most from me, that directly supports our #1 goal? Who needs encouragement?
Q3: On a scale from 1-10, how well am I honoring my daily drivers/habits? What needs attention now?
Bonus: What/Who I am most grateful for?
Then take a few minutes to write a thank you note or text….Doing this will not only energize You, it will inspire your team and create a positive experience in your culture.
